By accessing this website or purchasing a product, you agree to use the website and materials lawfully and in accordance with these policies. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and features may be corrected or updated. A purchase is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the delivery email is issued.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, safeguarding downloaded files, and determining whether a resource is appropriate for your circumstances.

Digital Product and Refund Policy

Creative Armor products are digital downloads delivered automatically after successful payment. Because access is provided promptly and digital files cannot ordinarily be returned, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable except where required by law.

For a duplicate charge, inaccessible files, or a materially incorrect or corrupted download, contact support@creativearmor.online. We will make reasonable efforts to correct delivery or provide the purchased files. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customer License

Your purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to customize and use the files for your own individual or internal business operations and transactions. Completed, customized documents may be used in your own business relationships.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, reproduce as a competing product, place in a template library, or provide the underlying templates as legal services. Creative Armor LLC retains all rights not expressly granted.

Privacy Notice

Creative Armor may receive information submitted through checkout, email, support, or an email signup form, including your name, email address, purchase details, and message. Payment information is processed by Stripe; Creative Armor does not receive your complete payment-card number.

Information may be used to deliver purchases, provide support, maintain records, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, and send marketing emails when permitted. Service providers may process information as needed for these functions. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing message or contact support about your information, subject to records that must be retained.
